The Gold Grapes of Venissa’s Veneto park

 With a production of about eight million hectoliters per annum, of which more than three Denomination of Origin, and an export of 60% of regional production and 28% of total national exports, we open our first date at the table of the season with an excellent product: the Veneto wine.

This valuable type of product appears to be unique because of the drying techniques as native grapes on racks, and especially because it came from native grape varieties such as originating. The variety Dorona, however, is only the tip of diamond. The fruit of the grapes Veneto, in fact, different expressions and is able to cover every need and match any food. Indeed, this region produces more than excellence in quality and quantity, ranging from young white wines or reds great temperament or long aging wines to sparkling rosé or charmat traditional method, as well as include sparkling wines, sweet or sweet, good yield.

The most common feature, however, all the great products of Veneto wine is just one: the strong core identity, deeply rooted in the land of their origin and culture of the vine origin. In this way, each sip of wine Venetian Doc seems to enjoy the rock and breathe the scent of this area very attractive.
