There are places in our Italy, where the quality of life is so high to the point that the people living there claiming to be really happy. A quality not necessarily dictated by the shopping center near you or by supertecnology at hand. An example we found in a particular area of Piedmont, in the Monferrato low, between the provinces of Alessandria and Asti, near Acqui Terme.
