From Saturday, July 31 to Saturday, August 7 a week of hiking in the northernmost point of Italy, the Ahr Valley. More than 80 peaks over 3,000 meters are the setting of an incredible and incomparable environment. The valley is nestled between majestic glaciers, spectacular cliffs, picturesque waterfalls, shady forests and lush alpine meadows. The perfect symbiosis of tradition, culture and modern conveniences have changed the richness of these sites via the copper mine to tourists.
From Saturday 7 to Saturday, August 14, however, another week is organized by the foot of the wall the highest in Europe: Macugnana, Monte Rosa. Seven days in sedentary Anzasca Valley, a green valley nestled between the mountains east of the Mount, with numerous springs, streams and waterfalls. At the top of the valley is still alive the spirit of community Walser, with typical houses, the warm welcome, dialects, costumes and the typical goodness of their dishes.
From August 21 to 28, another goal, this time in the National Park of the Maritime Alps. A week to observe the animals settled Argentera, allowing time to enjoy the excitement of this intriguing area, ideal for lovers of photography. Beautiful places of extraordinary beauty, high variety environment, made of small glaciers, endless mountain lakes, a very extensive network of military roads and trails, as well as a significant botanical richness that counts 2600 species, half of wealth of all Italy. A separate chapter of the fauna in this area, with more than 4,500 chamois, as well as ibex, deer, mouflon sheep, marmots, wolves, wild boars, vultures (known as the bearded vulture), golden eagles, ptarmigan and grouse (known as black grouse).
Alternatively, on 21-30 August, is proposed High Street number 2 in Valle d’ Aosta, also known as ‘high by nature’, in Gran Paradiso National Park. Along the way, in fact, it's easy being surrounded by herds of goats, see the agility of a chamois or bump in the elegant flying eagle. It starts from Champorcher to arrive in Courmayeur, a path with the high altitude of exceptional beauty, walking on ancient footpaths with the backpacker. A tour through all the seven valleys of the right bank of Valle d’Aosta.
