ASCOLI PICENO - Anghiò - Anchovies, sardines, mackerel, amberjack, tuna and other fish varieties of blue will be the stars of this festival to be held in St. Benedetto of Tronto, from 1 to 4 July. Four days of conferences, meetings, exhibitions and workshops that enable you to discover the many features and qualities of this type of fish, known for its typical blue color of its scales, which is found throughout the Mediterranean and is known for its nutritional properties.

GARFAGNANA - Counties IGP Spelt – On Saturday 10 and on Sunday, July 11 in St Athanasius, Serchio Square in Lucca, the Pesaco Ponti in the Time Association organizes a festival dedicated to the Garfagnana IGP Spelt, entitled “Earth Spelt and Tradition”. It starts with a gourmet journey illuminated by torches and candles through the IEA countries S. Anastasio and Petrognola, served by waiters dressed as the peasant tradition 40s. Various dishes spelled, meat, sausages and local wines. And yet, Folk dance, demonstrations, balloon art, popular in the territory of the 30s, beer tasting spelled. Many finally, cultural tours and exhibitions: from traditional market, to photo of the country tradition, painting, machinery and farm implements of the period. Old crafts and story-tellers in the streets of the country, train the tastes and games of yore, like the egg roll and the sack race, will complete the event.
REGGIO EMILIA – “Scarpazzone fit” - From 10 July to 11, in Carpineti, a culinary event on the typical dish of rice with scarpazzone mountain, music, entertainment and markets in the green Park Matilda town.

BOLOGNA - 'Eat Bologna' - Until July 21, three evenings to discover the flavors and aromas of the best traditional food of Emilia-Romagna, dedicated to the main regional excellence. In a location in the heart of the city, able to recreate the atmosphere of bygone days, every Wednesday evening, many dishes reinterpreted by starred chefs offering the quality and uniqueness of a broad basket of prestige products such as cheese, oily fish, fruit seasonal fresh tomato, first fruits of the garden, pork and sausages. Among the other dish, then take the life of comedian David Dalfiume show with an original perspective of environmental restoration and anecdotes of the table.

Emilia-Romagna – “Divine Cinema 2010” - Between glasses of wine and delicious local products you can enjoy the great films on the big screen but in the cellar. Is this the winning formula of cine-gastronomic festival, now in its seventh edition, all summer, brings beautiful films directly in the farmyards of the wineries this year, with as many as 64 events on the bill. 5 are, in fact, the provinces involved (Rimini, Forlì-Cesena, Ravenna, Bologna and Reggio Emilia) and even 16 municipalities. Over 110 wineries will host the 'caravan' touring until September 10. For the most romantic, the novelty of 2010 is the original “Picnic in the vineyards”, with tastings at the table between the rows of vineyards.
