The taste, unconditional arbitrator of challenge “Rivals that suffice” has virtually declared a state of great balance. In fact for the jury the winner was the Florentine territory for some products, and the Siena territory for others, while the jury made up of four journalists and professionals in the world of tourism, has crowned the first. The hard palates of the guests, judges and experts was really great. Obviously not a physical effort, rather a pleasure, given the extreme quality of products led challengers competing. The taste reigned supreme at all times.

A series of meetings of taste, from February 2, in Florence
The food and wine journalist Marco Marucelli and the sommelier Mary Ferrarello organize a series of courses twice a week (Tuesday or Thursday) which will provide general guidance related to Italian wine and food, with the goal of making the culture at 360 degrees. This is because, according to the experience of the founders, is found largely in short supply, local patrons in the restaurant or enjoying services related to land, a culture base, so there are enough different classes of approach to the Products table. The philosophy of this kind of meetings, however, is to raise awareness and appreciation of Italian food and wine in all its aspects. For this reason it was decided to gather around a table some aspiring gourmets that, motivated by curiosity and passion, can draw near in the right way, to the world of food and wine.

Dear readers,
this new appointment of MeteGustose News introduces our curiosity to the winter and to holidays of the year. December is full of events related to Christmas and its markets, which primarily but not exclusively, in the north enrich the tourist offer of many localities. Among the various news report I found the article which features a beautiful Italian region the Abruzzo, with its coastline and its mountains that inspired the cover of this issue.
A new collaboration

After several months of mutual "courtship," the synergy between two new and interesting newspapers was formalized. From now on, in fact, Paesaggiritrovati.it, directed by my friend and colleague Rita Salimbeni and MeteGustose News, the online magazine related to the quarterly magazine from me direct, crossing their efforts through a collaboration that will lead to a mutual exchange rubrics on their publications.
From this number, in fact, on a monthly basis, you will find on the pages of the rubric Paesaggiritrovati.it heal personally or through my assistant Martina Tallon, we treat various aspects of Italian recipes and ideas. Already on the November issue of MeteGustose News, you will find, however, Paesaggi ritrovati.it, curated by this establishment, with the help of Mara Costantino.
