Akko, the historical city of Galilee

Coastal centre load of history, Akko is on a narrow strip of land that flows into the Mediterranean Sea in the north-western israelite region of Galilee . A city of stone beautifully preserved until now. Everything, in fact, remained as it was, with narrow streets, the thin and slender minarets, the secret passages, the underground vaulted ceilings and massive ramparts. In the houses are still living the families native of this place, unlike other tourist centers now, and the suq, or market, has remained the place of fishermen rather than of sellers of souvenirs.

Long beaches, hot sun, blue sea and an atmosphere to say the least tropical: we are in Miami Beach, wonderful Sunshine State of Florida. The city, often confused with Miami, was born in the first decade of the last century, in the county of Miami-Dade and, after only a century of life, it is one of the most popular seaside resorts and appreciated in the United States of America.

It's Petra, the city carved into the rock, located about 250 Km south of Amman, capital of Jordan.
